Celtics' Porzingis Suffers Injury in Game 4 Win
Miami Heat Comeback Attempt Falls Short
Porzingis Ruled Doubtful for Monday's Contest
The Boston Celtics defeated the Miami Heat 102-88 in Game 4 on Monday, taking a 3-1 lead in the series. However, the victory was marred by an injury to standout big man Kristaps Porzingis.
Porzingis suffered a non-contact injury with just over two minutes left in the second quarter. He pulled up in pain after attempting a dribble move, leaving the court with the Celtics leading 47-31. Porzingis played only 14 minutes in the game.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Porzingis has been ruled doubtful to return for Monday's Game 5. The injury is a significant blow to the Celtics, who rely heavily on Porzingis' presence inside the paint.
Despite Porzingis' absence, the Celtics managed to hold off a late comeback attempt by the Heat. Miami cut the deficit to just five points with three minutes remaining, but Boston ultimately closed out the game with a 9-0 run.
